Feel the ease of return process

Happiness of our clients is what we aim at and hence we happily return anything which carries manufacturing defect. However, we need to be informed about it within three hours after receipt. Our sales team will then advise the customer on further process.

However, No return is accepted against buyer remorse.

Also, the product with manufacturing defect needs to be unused and in the same condition in which you have received it.

The simple process comprises raising a return request, preparing items for shipment after which it shall be picked by our agent from your location. Once quality check is done, refund will be initiated.

Our return policy promises happiness of client

  • The information about the damaged/defective product needs to be submitted to us within three hours of its receipt.
  • Request for its return should be filed within five days after its receipt.

  • After receiving the product, it passes through a quality check procedure. If the rug is tampered free, then the refund process is initiated within 72 working hours.
  • The damaged or improperly handled rug shall not be accepted.
  • Unidentified returns may be sent back to the customer.

Our terms and conditions

  • The item should be returned within 10 days of the receipt
  • A damaged item remains ineligible for return.
  • The product needs to be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
  • It should not be used, washed, altered / tampered or soiled before return.
  • The product's original packing, labels and tags should stay intact. The altered illegible serial number shall also void return.
  • The refund or replacement can be initiated after the item passes through quality inspection.
  • The buyer shall pay the return cost.
  • If you receive a damaged/defective item, please inform us within 3 hours of receipt. We may request you to share the rug's picture at info@saraswatiglobal.com and shall replace it without any cost after examining the returned item.
  • You can cancel your order before its shipment starts. The cancellation requests received after the shipment of product shall not be entertained.
  • Saraswatii Global reserves all rights to reject any return if the customer is not in compliance with the above stated terms.
