1. Shipping Coverage and Charges

1.1 Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We offer free standard shipping across India on all eligible orders.
  • Express or priority shipping, if requested, shall be chargeable on actual and communicated separately.

1.2 International Shipping

International shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Destination country

Note: Applicable shipping costs shall be communicated and confirmed with the customer after order placement or at checkout, as applicable.

Import duties, customs charges, local taxes, and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the shipping carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch Timelines

2.1 Ready-to-Ship Rugs

  • Orders for ready stock rugs are typically dispatched within 2 to 4 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • During peak periods, promotional events, or sale campaigns, dispatch timelines may extend by 2 to 5 additional business days.

2.2 Custom / Made-to-Order Rugs

  • Custom rugs are handcrafted and produced upon order.
  • Dispatch timelines depend on design complexity, size, and weaving technique.
  • Estimated production timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • Production timelines may range from 6 weeks to 60+ days, depending on the specifications.

3. Delivery Timelines

3.1 Domestic Deliveries (India)

Delivery timelines may vary based on:

  • Customer location
  • Courier partner serviceability
  • Weather conditions or logistical constraints
  • Delivery typically occurs within 7 to 12 business days from the date of dispatch.

3.2 International Deliveries

  • International orders are generally delivered within 8–15 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines are subject to customs clearance procedures and local regulations in the destination country.

4. Order Confirmation and Tracking

4.1 Upon successful order placement, customers will receive an order confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp.

4.2 Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive a shipment confirmation along with a tracking ID/link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

4.3 Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking details.

5. Delays & Force Majeure

5.1 While the Company endeavours to meet estimated dispatch and delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

6. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

6.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

6.2 Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery may result in:

  • Re-shipping charges
  • Cancellation after deduction of logistics costs

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

7.1 Customers are advised to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

7.2 Any visible damage, tampering, or discrepancy must be reported to the delivery personnel and to Company within 24 hours of receipt.

7.3 Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of claims.

8. Partial Shipments

In certain cases, orders may be shipped in multiple consignments depending on product availability. Customers will be notified accordingly, and no additional shipping charges shall apply for domestic orders.
